Facade and architectural detail surveys
Facade measurement by laser scanning and photogrammetry: elevation drawings, orthophotos and details of cornices, columns and ornaments.

The facade is the most complex and difficult part of a building to measure: height, projections, cornices, balconies, columns and ornaments make conventional methods slow and often require scaffolding. Laser scanning captures the entire facade from the ground, without contact and in a short time.
The service is needed for facade restoration and repainting, the design of new cladding systems (ventilated facades, aluminium composite panels, curtain walls), window and shopfront replacement, placement of signage, and for architectural documentation of buildings in the historic districts of Baku.
Scanner accuracy is 2–6 mm, and the point cloud is combined with high-quality photographs to produce a scaled orthophoto. Elevation drawings are vectorised in AutoCAD over this orthophoto, showing openings, levels, material boundaries and decorative elements. Separate sections and 3D details are prepared for complex profiles such as cornices, capitals and reliefs.
Where required we also map out-of-plumb deviation, bulging and cracks, providing additional diagnostic data for structural engineers.
