Land plot coordinate determination
Determining plot corner coordinates with GNSS RTK in the national system, WGS-84 or UTM 39N and preparing a coordinate list.

Coordinate determination means expressing the position of each plot corner as numbers — X and Y values, or latitude and longitude. A plot with known coordinates never loses its boundaries: even if the marks are removed, they can be restored at any time. This information is also required by designers, contractors, bank valuers and for property paperwork.
Measurements are made with SOUTH GNSS RTK receivers connected to a permanent reference station network or to our own base station, giving horizontal accuracy of ±1–2 cm. Between tall buildings, under trees or where satellite signals are reflected, points are measured with an electronic total station. Every point is checked by a repeat measurement.
Coordinates are provided in the national coordinate system and, on request, in WGS-84 or UTM zone 39N. If coordinates in older documents use another system, we convert them and show the differences. You receive a coordinate list, area calculation and scheme, plus a KML file to view the plot in Google Earth if you wish.
