Building laser scanning
Interior and exterior 3D scanning of residential, public and office buildings: floor plans, sections and an accurate base for BIM.

Many buildings have lost their design documents, or the drawings no longer match reality: walls have been removed, partitions added and services rerouted over the years. Knowing the true dimensions is essential for reconstruction, refurbishment, change of use or a property transaction, and laser scanning provides this information quickly and with high accuracy.
We scan the building outside and inside, including all floors, staircases, basement and roof. Interior and exterior scans are linked through door and window openings into a single point cloud, so wall thicknesses, floor levels and the relationship between storeys are determined precisely.
From the point cloud we prepare floor plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD and a BIM model in Revit. Architects and structural engineers base their design on real geometry rather than estimates, which prevents surprises and extra costs during construction.
The survey is carried out without interrupting the use of the building. Measurement accuracy is 2–6 mm, and the drawings typically meet the requirements of 1:50 or 1:100 scale.
