Geophysical surveys reveal soil layers, groundwater, voids and buried man-made objects with little or no drilling. The methods rely on measurable physical properties of the ground — electrical resistivity, seismic wave velocity and the reflection of electromagnetic pulses.
Topoqraf AZ carries out geophysical investigations under licence EL-845/2026, usually together with engineering surveying and geotechnical investigation in Baku and across Azerbaijan. Geophysics fills the gaps between boreholes, helps optimise the drilling programme and gives designers a more reliable ground model.
Deliverables include geoelectric and seismic sections, maps and a technical report, with every measurement point positioned by GNSS RTK in the state coordinate system or WGS-84/UTM.
