Architectural model making
Presentation models of buildings, residential complexes and urban projects, made to exact scale using 3D printing, laser cutting and hand finishing.

An architectural model lets people see a project before it is built and judge its massing, proportions and relationship to its surroundings. Developers use models in sales offices to show buyers a residential complex, architects use them to present ideas in competitions and design reviews, and public and private clients use them to introduce projects to the community.
The model is based on design drawings, Revit or other 3D models. Site terrain and surrounding buildings are taken from a real topographic plan, so the building sits at the correct level and orientation. Production combines 3D printing (FDM and resin), laser cutting, milling and hand finishing; facade details, balconies and window frames are reproduced at the chosen scale.
Scale (for example 1:100, 1:200 or 1:500), level of detail, colour scheme, LED lighting, landscaping, and people and car figures are agreed with the client. The finished model is delivered on a base with a clear protective cover and, if needed, transported and installed on site.
