Surveys for property documents

When a plot or house is being sold, gifted, inherited or mortgaged, you often need a survey that shows the exact plot boundaries and building dimensions. Under this service our surveyors visit the site, determine the coordinates of the corner points, survey the outline of buildings and calculate the area.

Measurements are taken with GNSS RTK receivers (horizontal accuracy of ±1–2 cm) and, in dense built-up areas or under trees and high walls, with an electronic total station. Coordinates are given in the national coordinate system so that results match official mapping. If earlier documents contain coordinates, we compare them with the actual situation and show any differences separately.

Please note that state registration of real estate is carried out by the competent government authority, and its requirements may change. We do not register property or promise any outcome; our job is to deliver an accurate, properly drafted survey that you can use in your paperwork.
