Licensed service · EL-845/2026
A surveying review is an independent, professional check of survey materials produced by another firm or of work already carried out on site. A topographic plan bought for a project may be outdated or incomplete, a contractor as-built drawing may not match reality, or two surveys may contradict each other. In such cases an outside expert opinion gives a reliable basis for decisions.
Our clients for this service include developers, owners and investors, design firms, law firms and people involved in land plot disputes. Consulting covers broader questions too: which scale of topographic plan to order, which coordinate system to use, how to write a survey brief, what to include in a monitoring programme or which surveying equipment to buy.
During the review we check completeness of documents, correctness of the coordinate system and compliance of accuracy with applicable codes (AzDTN/SNiP). Where necessary we take sample check measurements with SOUTH GNSS RTK and total stations and compare them with the material under review.
The outcome is a written technical opinion listing the discrepancies found, their impact and recommendations for correction.
