Building and apartment measurement (floor plans)
Measuring houses, apartments, offices and commercial premises with laser meters and total stations; floor plans and room area schedules.

A floor plan is a drawing showing the dimensions of every room in a building or apartment, wall thicknesses, the position of doors and windows and a room area schedule. It is needed for sale listings, renovation and interior design, layout changes, lease agreements, and for comparing the documented area with the actual one.
Measurements are taken with laser distance meters and, where needed, an electronic total station; interior dimensions are typically accurate to a few millimetres. For complex, large or historic buildings we use a 3D laser scanner (±2–6 mm) so that no detail is missed. Out-of-plumb walls, ceiling heights, columns and niches are all recorded.
In the office, a plan is drawn in AutoCAD for each floor, room areas are calculated and total, living and auxiliary areas are shown separately. Sections, elevations or a Revit model can be added on request. Please note that state registration of ownership is carried out by the competent authority; we only prepare measurement and plan materials.
