Construction surveying
A surveyor on your site from groundbreaking to handover: re-establishing axes, controlling levels and verticality, floor-by-floor as-built schemes.
Licensed service · EL-845/2026
Construction surveying is continuous control that makes sure a design turns into a real structure exactly as drawn. Our surveyor works on site at every stage from foundations to roof: re-establishing building axes, checking formwork, setting levels before concrete is poured and recording the actual position of what has been built.
The service is aimed at general contractors, developers, technical supervision engineers and private clients building their own homes. On a high-rise, even a small deviation accumulates floor by floor and later causes serious trouble when installing the facade, lift shafts and building services. Timely measurements prevent costly demolition and rework.
We use SOUTH total stations with 1"–2" angular accuracy, GNSS RTK receivers (±1–2 cm in plan) and digital levels. Elevations are transferred up the building by levelling and vertical projection, and every result is compared with the tolerances of the applicable building codes (AzDTN/SNiP).
Each check is recorded in the site survey log, and as-built schemes are passed promptly to the contractor and the supervising engineer.
