3D laser scanning
3D laser scanning of buildings, facades, industrial plants and sites: accurate point clouds, drawings and 3D models in Baku and across Azerbaijan.

3D laser scanning measures the surface of an object with hundreds of thousands or even millions of points per second, producing a complete digital copy known as a point cloud. Work that takes days with tape and total station is finished in hours, and hard-to-reach or hazardous areas can be measured from a safe distance.
Topoqraf AZ uses terrestrial (static) laser scanners and handheld SLAM scanners in Baku and throughout Azerbaijan. We scan buildings, facades, industrial plants and heritage monuments, and measure volumes in quarries and stockyards. Scans are tied by GNSS RTK and total station to the national grid, WGS-84 or UTM zone 39N.
Deliverables include point clouds (E57, LAS, RCP), AutoCAD drawings, sections, 3D models and a ready base for Scan to BIM. Typical accuracy is 2–6 mm.
