Digital twin
Digital twins of buildings, industrial facilities and sites: 3D model, survey data and operational attributes on a single platform.

A digital twin is an accurate digital replica of a real asset: a building, industrial plant, infrastructure facility or an entire site. Unlike a simple 3D model, it brings together geometry, equipment, utility networks, documents, maintenance history and, where needed, sensor data in a single environment.
Digitalization means converting paper drawings, old plans and scattered information into a unified digital format. These services are especially useful for large retail and office centres, hospitals, schools and universities, plants, oil and gas facilities and municipal infrastructure: the operator sees the real view and dimensions of any location on screen without visiting the site.
An accurate survey is the foundation of a digital twin. The asset is captured with 3D laser scanners and panoramic cameras, and GNSS and drone data are added for the surrounding site. A BIM or 3D model is built from the point cloud, existing paper documents are scanned, vectorised and linked to model elements, and attributes are assigned to equipment and rooms.
The result can be used in a browser-based viewing platform as well as in BIM and GIS software. The model is updated as changes occur on site and stays current throughout the operation phase.
