Accurate dimensions of a land plot or building are the starting point for a sale, inheritance, subdivision, a construction design or paperwork. Topoqraf AZ carries out land surveying in Baku and across Azerbaijan: plot measurement, corner coordinates, restoration of lost boundary marks, subdivision and merger of plots.
Field work is done with GNSS RTK receivers and electronic total stations, and results are delivered in the national coordinate system or in WGS-84 / UTM zone 39N on request. For buildings and apartments we prepare floor plans, dimensioned sketches and area calculations.
State registration of real estate is carried out by the competent government authority. Our role is to produce reliable survey materials — coordinate lists, schemes and plans — that you can use in that process or for your own purposes.
