Land plot survey
Measuring the actual boundaries, area and buildings of a land plot, comparing them with documents and preparing a plot plan.

A land plot survey records the actual boundaries of a plot on the ground, its area and everything built on it — houses, outbuildings, fences. It is intended for buyers and sellers, owners planning construction, designers, and anyone who suspects that the area in their documents differs from what is on the ground.
In the field we measure every corner point, fences, building corners, gates and entrances, and, where needed, relief and utility outlets. In open areas we use GNSS RTK (±1–2 cm); in dense built-up areas and under trees we use an electronic total station with 1"–2" angular accuracy. Data are processed in the national coordinate system.
In the office we calculate the area and compare the results with your documents. Boundary matches, area differences and any overlap with neighbouring plots are clearly shown on the plan. This gives you a reliable basis for deciding on a purchase, starting a design or resolving boundary questions.
