Our team with years of experience and technological capabilities in the field of topography is at your service.
'Topograph' company carries out measurement work on objects of any complexity. We use laser scanners and high-precision electronic total stations to create site plans and elevations. The service is often ordered by organizations specializing in construction and design. Based on the results of the measurements, cost estimates are prepared, and projects for reconstruction, extensions, and facade cladding replacement are developed.

Determination of land plot turning points is one of the essential surveying services and is carried out to accurately define the boundaries of a land plot on site (in situ). During the service, the turning points of the land plot are located on the ground based on existing coordinate data and refined using precise geodetic measurements.
Accurate determination of turning point coordinates is required to confirm actual land boundaries, verify compliance with documentation, and support cadastral and legal procedures.
This service is commonly used for cadastral measurements, boundary clarification, and prior to land sale, transfer, or other legal transactions.

Scan to BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology enables the collection of precise measurements of existing structures using 3D laser scanning and converts this data into a digital building information model (BIM). This technology is faster and more accurate compared to traditional measurement methods.
Data obtained with 3D laser scanners provides high accuracy, with site measurements performed once and instantly converted into digital format. This approach reduces project timelines and facilitates as-built documentation of existing structures. Additionally, Scan to BIM simplifies coordination among project participants, enhances collaboration, and optimizes change tracking.
Leading companies in this field include IMAGINiT Technologies, TrueCADD, United BIM, Survey2Plan, and Virtual Building Studio. These companies provide high-quality BIM models, precise topographic data, and fast project delivery services.
Scan to BIM technology increases accuracy, speed, and reliability in measurement works, creating a transparent and efficient work environment for all project participants.

3D laser scanning of buildings is a high-speed, high-precision geodetic survey that creates a detailed 3D model of a structure. The model accurately shows the real geometric parameters with up to 1 mm accuracy and is used for design, renovation, or volume calculations. The processed point cloud enables creating 2D or 3D models, drawings, or sections. Our equipment scans up to 2 million points per second, with a maximum range of 130 meters and 1 mm precision.
Task-specific point cloud file
2D and 3D drawings (.dwg format)
Volumetric digital model (.dwg format)
BIM model
Fast field work (up to 2 days) and office processing (up to 4 days)
3D laser scanning is widely used for surveying and modeling various objects:
Residential buildings and structures
Facade survey
Interior rooms
Terrain and land surveying
Rock and landslide areas
Statues, sculptures, figures, and models
For the design process, it is crucial to have accurate and complete data about the object. Manual total station surveying of complex architecture causes many difficulties, which laser scanning easily solves.
This modern method is far more efficient than classic total station surveying. It enables faster work, captures fine details with 1 mm accuracy, and easily scans industrial objects with complex geometry.
Laser scanning is used for:
Construction
Inspection and renovation of buildings and structures
Solving various engineering tasks
Restoration works
High-quality digital models allow recreating any selected room or entire building in detail.
✅ Minimal error and maximum speed
✅ High detail: 3D and 2D models identical to the original
✅ Minimizes human involvement, increases safety, reduces errors
✅ Overall cost is lower than traditional methods
✅ Accelerates design phase
✅ Enables scanning of areas over 1000 m²
1️⃣ Technical task: The actual situation is studied and a precise technical task is prepared. Our specialists help clients with reconnaissance and task preparation to avoid delays.
2️⃣ Commercial offer: A detailed quote is made based on area, number of scanning stations, and point density. Once agreed, a contract is signed and timing is scheduled.
3️⃣ Field work: An engineer visits the site and carries out measurements according to the technical task and national standards. Control points are installed and step-by-step 3D scanning is done.
4️⃣ Office processing: The collected data is processed with advanced software and final models and drawings are delivered to the client.
Total station surveying increases project budgets and time due to:
Difficulty measuring hard-to-reach areas
Long and complex office processing
High time and labor costs
Incomplete information
Another method is UAV-based aerial scanning. The main purpose is terrain or facade surveying to produce maps for large areas (scale from 1:500 to 1:5000). Our scanners have cameras that produce true-color point clouds.
Capabilities:
Up to 30 hectares aerial survey in 30 minutes
Vertical take-off and landing
Operation in limited spaces
Precise terrain following
Operates in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C
Aerial scanning altitude up to 0.5 km
Minimum accuracy 5 cm
Leica RTC360 — portable high-speed 3D laser scanner: 2 million points/sec, up to 130 meters, 1 mm accuracy, automatic on-site registration.
Leica TS07 R1000 — high-precision total station with reflectorless measurement up to 1000 meters, auto-tracking, and fast measurement.

The scope of measurement works depends on their category. For example, during architectural measurements (facade surveying), cross and longitudinal sections, heights, distances from the floor to window openings and to the ceiling, as well as the lengths of diagonals in rooms are measured, and the building’s profile is prepared. During construction, the materials of walls and ceilings are additionally clarified, load-bearing structures are identified, and utility lines are measured. Based on the results, a report is prepared, measurement drawings are produced, and an electronic 3D model of the surveyed object is created.

During the work, the dimensions and relative positions of walls and partitions, door and window openings, and sanitary equipment are determined, and the area of the rooms is calculated. Based on the measurement results, a technical plan is prepared. To organize the interior space, drawings may be required showing the parameters of the suspended ceiling, as well as the layout of electrical wiring and low-current lines, the locations of electrical, computer, and telephone outlets, and ventilation systems.

Interior measurements:
Preparation of building specifications (room explanations)
Preparation of floor plans of buildings
Facade measurements:
Preparation of facade plans
Profiling of buildings

Objects, land plots, and buildings are measured to determine their geometric parameters. Measurement work is ordered for project design as well as for updating an existing project. Our service performs measurement work for utility networks (pipelines, electrical networks), construction sites, quarries, and areas intended for landscape design.

Geodesy is the science and engineering field that measures the shape and dimensions of the Earth's surface and the precise coordinates and elevations of objects on a site. Construction, land management, road and bridge projects are planned and built on the basis of geodetic surveys.
A topographer (land surveyor) measures the terrain, buildings, utility lines and other objects to produce topographic plans and maps. The Topoqraf.az team works with GPS/GNSS receivers, electronic total stations and 3D laser scanners.
A topographic plan is a scaled drawing showing the terrain, existing buildings, roads and utilities. It is required for design work, building permits, land subdivision and laying engineering networks.
3D laser scanning is a surveying method that captures millions of points per second from an object's surface to create an accurate digital copy (point cloud). It is used to measure and 3D-model buildings, facades and industrial equipment.
Scan to BIM is the creation of a BIM (Building Information Modeling) model of an existing building from laser scan data. The model serves as accurate baseline data for reconstruction, renovation and facility management projects.
The price depends on the site area, the type of work (topographic plan, boundary coordinates, as-built survey, 3D scan), the required accuracy and the location. Call us or send a request via the Contact page for an exact quote.
