Land plot subdivision
Preparing subdivision options, calculating new boundary points and setting them out on site when a plot is divided into two or more parts.

A plot is subdivided when it is shared among heirs, when part of it is sold, when co-owners separate their shares, or when several separate buildings are planned. The key point is that each new part must be usable in both area and shape: every part needs access, a road connection and the possibility of utility connections.
Work starts with an accurate survey of the existing plot, because the division must be based on actual, coordinate-confirmed boundaries rather than on figures in documents. We then prepare several options in AutoCAD/Civil 3D according to your wishes: equal areas, a given ratio or division around existing buildings. For each option, areas and new corner coordinates are calculated.
Once an option is approved, the new boundary points are set out with GNSS RTK and fixed on site. Legal formalisation and state registration of the subdivision are carried out by the competent government authority; we prepare the survey materials needed for that process — the subdivision scheme, plans and coordinate lists.
