Topographic plan preparation
Topographic plans and maps at 1:500–1:5000 for design, permits and utilities: relief, structures and networks, delivered as DWG and PDF files.
Licensed service · EL-845/2026
A topographic plan is an accurate, scaled drawing of a relatively small area in which the curvature of the Earth can be ignored; a topographic map covers larger territories, usually at a smaller scale. Both show the relief with contour lines and spot heights, and buildings, roads, fences, water features, vegetation and utilities with standard symbols.
The topographic plan is the first document an architect or engineer needs. Building placement, grading design, road and utility layouts and earthwork quantities are all derived from it. Our clients include homeowners, contractors, design institutes and companies arranging utility connections.
In the field we use SOUTH GNSS RTK receivers, achieving ±1–2 cm horizontal accuracy, and 1"–2" electronic total stations in dense built-up areas and under tree cover. Every survey is tied to the national geodetic network and delivered in the national coordinate system, WGS-84 or UTM zone 39N.
The scale follows the purpose: 1:500 for individual plots and utilities, 1:1000 for neighbourhoods and industrial sites, 1:2000 for master plans and 1:5000 for large territories and linear route studies. Drawings comply with the applicable building codes (AzDTN/SNiP).
