A 3D model is a digital copy that accurately reproduces the geometry of an object: it can be viewed from any angle, measured, sectioned, compared with the design and used in presentations. Topoqraf AZ builds models not from rough sketches but from measured data obtained by laser scanning, drone photogrammetry and geodetic surveys, so every dimension of the model matches the real object.
This section covers scan-to-3D modelling, models of buildings, interiors, terrain and cities and industrial facilities, digital restoration of heritage monuments, plan, section and elevation drawings from the model, and photorealistic visualisation. Models are delivered in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, OBJ, FBX and other common formats.
We work for architects, design institutes, construction and industrial companies, public bodies and property owners in Baku and across Azerbaijan. The level of detail and the format of the model are agreed before work starts, according to its purpose.
