A sales model is one of the most effective presentation tools a developer has. Buyers see a residential complex that has not yet been built: how the buildings are arranged, which way the apartments face, and how the courtyard, playgrounds, parking and surrounding amenities are organised. Unlike an on-screen rendering, visitors can walk around the model, view the project from every side and discuss a specific block and floor with a sales consultant.
The model is produced from architectural drawings or a 3D model, with site terrain and neighbouring buildings taken from a real topographic plan. Facades, balconies, windows, entrances and roof elements are shown in detail at the chosen scale. The colour scheme and materials are matched to the project renderings so that the model looks consistent with the marketing materials.
LED lighting plays a special role in sales models: interior lights, street lamps and facade lighting bring the model to life. On request, individual blocks or floors can be lit from a control panel. The model is delivered to the sales office, installed and handed over with a clear protective cover.
