Reverse engineering means recovering an accurate digital model and technical documentation from an existing physical object. For parts whose drawings are lost, whose manufacturer has closed, or which take too long to import, it is the fastest and most reliable route.
Topoqraf AZ scans the part with a high-accuracy handheld or terrestrial laser scanner, builds a parametric CAD model from the point cloud and checks it with a deviation map. The result is delivered in STEP, IGES and DWG formats, with manufacturing drawings where required.
