Accurate 3D models of apartment, office, restaurant, hotel and public interiors based on laser scanning, for design, fit-out and equipment layout.
Interior design and fit-out projects start with accurate measurements. Tape measurements often miss out-of-plumb walls, uneven floors and ceilings, hidden projections and services, which later leads to furniture, panels or equipment not fitting. A 3D model based on laser scanning eliminates these risks.
Rooms are captured in a few hours with a terrestrial or SLAM laser scanner, together with panoramic images. From the point cloud we model walls, partitions, openings, ceiling levels, columns, windows, radiators, ventilation and other visible elements. Deviations of walls from vertical and floors from level can be shown separately.
The model is delivered in the software the designer uses, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD, so furniture, lighting and finishes are placed directly on real geometry. We provide this service for apartments, offices, restaurants, hotels, shops and public buildings in Baku.
