Mine development plan
Graphic part of the mine development plan for the next period, based on an as-is survey of the quarry: bench positions, production volumes and sections.

A mine development plan defines where, in what volume and in what sequence work will be carried out in the quarry over the next period, usually one year. It is one of the key documents for organising production, allocating machinery and personnel, and submitting reports to the relevant authorities, and its accuracy depends directly on the quality of the mine survey materials.
Work starts with a survey of the actual state of the pit at the end of the period. Then, taking into account the approved design, the licence boundaries, reserve estimates and the production programme of the client, we draw the planned bench positions, haul roads, stripping and production areas and the location of waste dumps. Volumes for each stage are calculated as the difference between digital terrain models.
We prepare the survey and graphic part of the development plan: plans, cross-sections and volume tables. The text, technological and safety sections are compiled together with the mining specialists of the client. When the plan is compared with the actual survey every year, the development of the quarry stays transparent and under control.
