Planimetric (contour-only) survey
A fast, cost-effective survey showing the exact plan position of buildings, fences, roads, boundaries and other features, without relief.

A planimetric survey measures only the horizontal position of features: the shape and coordinates of buildings, structures, fences, roads, pavements, plot boundaries, canals and other outlines. Relief is not drawn with contours, and spot heights are given at selected points only if the client asks for them.
Where relief does not matter for the task, this survey is faster and more economical than a full topographic plan. It is sufficient, for example, for an inventory of company premises, recording the existing condition of structures, schemes of leased areas, plans of farmland and garden plots, and site schemes attached to legal documents.
Field work is done with SOUTH GNSS RTK receivers and electronic total stations, and on large open sites it can be combined with a drone orthophoto. Measurements are tied to the national geodetic network, so the plan fits the official mapping of Baku or any region of Azerbaijan.
The result is a scaled plan with a coordinate list of features and area calculations, delivered in DWG and PDF formats.
