Interior models
Interior models of apartments, offices, hotels and public buildings: layout, furniture arrangement and spatial design shown in cutaway or open-roof form.

An interior model shows the inside of a building in three dimensions — the room layout, furniture arrangement, circulation and overall spatial design. Such models are used in residential sales offices to present typical apartments, by interior designers to explain a concept to clients, and to discuss the internal organisation of offices, hotels, restaurants and public buildings.
The model is usually made without a roof or as a cutaway so that every room can be seen from above and from the side. It is based on architectural plans, an interior design project or a 3D design model. Walls, door and window openings, stairs, kitchens and bathrooms, furniture and equipment are shown at the chosen scale, and floor and wall finishes are conveyed through colour and texture.
Interior models are made at larger scales, for example 1:20 to 1:50, so the level of detail is high. Furniture and small elements are 3D printed, while walls and partitions are laser cut. Interior lighting can be added on request, and the model is delivered with a protective cover.
