3D models of industrial facilities
Accurate 3D models of piping, equipment and steel structures at factories, oil and gas, energy and process facilities based on laser scanning.

Revamps, new equipment installation or pipe replacement at industrial sites require precise knowledge of existing conditions. Changes made over the years are often missing from drawings, and manual measurement in dense networks of pipes and structures is both difficult and hazardous. A 3D model based on laser scanning solves this problem.
The facility is captured with terrestrial laser scanners, often without stopping production. From the point cloud we model piping with diameters, centrelines and fittings, along with pumps, tanks, vessels, steel structures, platforms and cable trays. Models are prepared in formats compatible with AVEVA, Plant 3D, Revit, Tekla, Navisworks and other industrial software.
In the finished model, new design elements are checked for clashes with existing plant, installation routes are planned, and isometric drawings and material take-offs are produced. For oil and gas, chemical, energy, food and other processing plants in Baku and on the Absheron peninsula, this service reduces design errors and downtime.
