3D printed models and prototypes
FDM and resin 3D printing of architectural elements, product prototypes, enclosures and presentation models — from digital model to finished piece.

3D printing turns a digital model into a physical object in a short time. Topoqraf AZ uses this technology both for parts of architectural models and for standalone products: product and enclosure prototypes, test copies of engineering parts, exhibition and presentation models, and replicas of sculptures and ornaments. The service is aimed at designers, engineers, architects, start-ups and manufacturers.
Two main technologies are chosen depending on the task. FDM printing suits large, strong parts with relatively simple shapes. Resin printing is used for small items that need fine detail, a smooth surface and high accuracy. Each model is checked before printing: wall thickness, supports, splitting into parts and joints are adapted for printing.
If there is no digital model, we can create one from drawings, sketches or a 3D scan of an existing object. After printing, supports are removed and the surface is sanded, primed and painted, and parts are assembled where needed. The result is a piece suitable both for visual presentation and for checking form and fit.
