Urban planning and master plan models
Master plan models of districts, settlements and city areas: terrain from a real topographic plan, existing and proposed buildings, roads and greenery.

An urban planning model shows not a single building but an entire area — a block, a residential district, a settlement or part of a city. It makes the logic of the master plan, the street network, building density and heights, public spaces and green zones clear at a glance. That is why public authorities, design institutes, developers and architectural practices use such models in public consultations, exhibitions and investor meetings.
Topoqraf AZ builds the model on real measurement data: a topographic plan, a digital terrain model or drone photogrammetry lets us place the terrain and existing buildings accurately. Proposed buildings are produced from drawings or 3D models. At small scales buildings are usually shown as simplified massing, while key landmarks are modelled in more detail.
Existing and proposed buildings are distinguished by colour and material, and construction phases can be shown as removable blocks. Roads, pavements, parks, water bodies and utility zones are explained with a legend. On request, LED lighting can be added to highlight individual zones.
