Measurement of country and private houses
Measuring a country or private house together with outbuildings and the plot: site plan, floor plans and area calculation for documents and sale.
In the Absheron settlements and garden communities, houses are often built in stages: first one or two rooms, then an extra floor, a veranda, a kitchen, a garage or a guest house. As a result the actual condition of the property differs considerably from the documents, which causes difficulties with paperwork, sale, inheritance or a mortgage. An accurate measurement gives a true picture of both the house and the plot.
Measuring a country or private house has two parts. First, the plot boundaries, fences and all structures on the plot are surveyed with a SOUTH GNSS RTK receiver in the national coordinate system. Then the house and outbuildings are measured inside and out with a laser distance meter: rooms, wall thickness, ceiling height, doors and windows, stairs and balconies.
The result is a site plan showing the buildings, a plan of each floor, a room-by-room area table and the calculated area of the plot. The actual situation is compared with the documents and the differences are shown.
These materials can be used to update documents, sell or value the property, or design a refit or extension. Official registration is carried out by the competent state authority.
