Drawings from 3D models (plans, sections, elevations)
Floor plans, sections, elevations and detailed measured drawings produced in AutoCAD format from 3D models and point clouds.

Design, expert review, permit documents and construction work are still largely based on two-dimensional drawings. When a 3D model or point cloud exists, plans, sections and elevations can be produced at any level. Drawings made this way are more accurate and complete than tape measurements, because the full geometry of the object is already available in digital form.
Drawings are produced by slicing the point cloud or model at any height: floor plans show walls, openings, columns, stairs and dimensions; sections show floor and ceiling levels; elevations show windows, decorative elements and height marks. On request, out-of-plumb walls and actual levels are also annotated.
Drawings are delivered in AutoCAD (DWG) format with layers, line types and title blocks to the client standard, as well as in PDF. If you do not have a model yet, we also carry out laser scanning and modelling of the object. This service is aimed at architects, design firms, property owners and construction companies in Baku.
