Measurement of non-residential premises
Accurate measurement of offices, shops, warehouses, garages and production space, with floor plans and room-by-room area tables for registration, leasing and design.

Accurate dimensions of non-residential premises matter both legally and financially. Rent is usually charged per square metre, valuation and registration require the area to be stated correctly, and a refit project must be based on the real dimensions of existing walls, columns and openings. Measurements in old technical passports often differ from the actual situation.
In Baku and other cities of Azerbaijan we measure offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, garages, production halls and units in shopping centres. We use laser distance meters and electronic total stations, and for large or complex spaces 3D laser scanning when required. Wall thickness, ceiling height, door and window openings, columns and building services elements are recorded.
The result is a plan of each floor, an area table by rooms and zones, and a calculation of gross and usable area. For leasing purposes, the allocation of common areas is shown in the way agreed with the client.
Materials are delivered in DWG and PDF formats and can be used for property documents, lease agreements, interior design and refit projects.
