Aerial survey for inventory
Inventory plans and schedules of land plots, buildings, farmland, green areas and infrastructure based on drone aerial surveys.

Taking inventory of property spread over large areas, including land plots, buildings, warehouses, roads, fences, farmland and green spaces, is a slow and costly process by ground methods. A drone aerial survey gives an accurate, georeferenced snapshot of the entire territory, on which features are counted, measured and entered into a single database.
On the orthophoto produced after the flight, building outlines, actual plot boundaries, road and yard surfaces, trees and cultivated fields are digitised. Each feature is given attributes such as type, area and condition. Where needed, actual land use is compared with boundaries in documents or cadastral data, and discrepancies are shown on a separate diagram. Features that are not visible or doubtful are clarified by site inspection and GNSS RTK measurements.
The result is delivered as an inventory plan, an attribute table of features and a GIS project (SHP, GeoPackage or DWG). These materials can be used for corporate asset accounting, managing industrial zones and agricultural holdings, planning municipal areas and preparing investment decisions.
