Survey support for mining operations
Ongoing survey control of mining works: setting out blocks and benches, periodic surveys, production accounting and reporting documents.

Many quarries do not have a permanent survey department, yet production accounting, compliance with the design and reporting obligations apply every month. Survey support lets you outsource this function: we visit the quarry on an agreed schedule, set out the direction of works on the ground, carry out periodic surveys and prepare reporting documents.
Support includes setting out benches, roads, blast blocks and excavation limits according to the design, controlling excavation depth and slope angles, calculating production and stripping volumes and measuring stockpiles. If cracks, signs of sliding or deviations from the design are found on the slopes, the client is informed immediately. Measurements are made with GNSS RTK, a total station and a drone, always from the same control network.
All surveys are kept in a single database, so the state of the quarry for any period and the changes between two dates can be shown easily. The frequency of support — weekly, monthly or quarterly — and the report format are agreed according to the scale of work and the internal requirements of the client.
