Topographic plan at 1:200
A 1:200 topographic plan for small plots, courtyards, dense urban blocks and detailed design, showing every feature, utility and spot height.
Licensed service · EL-845/2026
1:200 is the largest scale used for topographic plans: one centimetre on the drawing equals two metres on the ground. At this scale kerbs, steps, small landscape structures, manhole covers, individual trees and even fence posts are shown close to their true size. Relief is usually drawn with contours at a 0.1–0.25 m interval and a dense grid of spot heights.
Such a plan is especially useful in the old quarters of Baku, for private courtyard houses and on small plots. An architect designing an extension next to an existing building, landscaping, driveways, stormwater drainage or a restoration project often finds 1:500 insufficient, because the small details are lost.
The survey is carried out with 1"–2" electronic total stations and SOUTH GNSS RTK receivers, relying mainly on the total station in dense built-up areas. Measurements are tied to the national geodetic network, and the horizontal accuracy of features is within a few centimetres. Besides above-ground features, visible outlets of underground networks are also recorded.
The plan is delivered in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF formats in the national coordinate system or any system the client requires. It is organised in layers so that the designer can work with it directly.
